Single occupant ( female) sought for 2 bed flatshare.

My flatmate will be moving to London so it's time to find someone new. You would be sharing with one other person.
I own a ground floor 60 square meter 2 bed flat. The neighbours are friendly and we look out for each other.

- 2 bedside tables.
- There is a net curtain for the window if you prefer more privacy.

The kitchen has a washing machine, toastie maker, toaster, fridge, microwave and kettle for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and delph.

There is a communal patio and communal washing lines at the back of the block.
You are a 10 minute walk from a newsagent, and a 15 minute walk from the Coop and a Sainsburys Local. The Oldtown Recreation Ground is opposite. All the buses are a 10 minute walk away. The flat is a half hour walk or 15 minute drive to Eastbourne District General Hospital.

WHAT I EXPECT:
A friendly person, who can keep the place clean and tidy, chip in with hoovering and can take it in turns to buy toilet roll and household supplies.
About me:
I'm an NHS worker at the local hospital and work x4 9.5 hour shifts a week. (Wednesdays off)
I'd like us to get on, so happy to cook/ share a meal and chat,

The rent is £670 per month includes all bills and council tax.

- 2 references and proof of income required.
