Maisonette has a living room and kitchen downstairs, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet upstairs. Outdoors has a communal space with private shed for bike, and washing line.

Seafront 10min walk, Princes Park 5min walk, tesco express and coop 3min walk, bus stop into town 3min walk (10min bus ride into town), 25 min walk into town. Plenty of on street parking.

All bills are included in price, including superfast broadband.

A little bit about me - I work for myself as a Holistic Bodywork Therapist and am currently training and studying to add a qualification to my belt. My work is my passion so I tend to spend a lot of time studying and practicing my skills. I enjoy keeping well and living a balanced life. I'm a calm and focused person and like home to feel like a place i can relax in and focus. I'm also friendly and considerate. I'm hoping to find a flatmate who resonates and compliments the calm and focused vibe here.
