The room is on the second floor and very quietly located with a snack station & Fridge / Freezer located in the room for your convenience.

There is also a small decked patio area at the rear of the property for that bit of fresh air outdoor space when you need it. The kitchen is modern being only 3 years old and has a tall fitted Fridge Freezer, Gas hob / electric oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and a Washer-dryer. There are communal cleaners once a week and the property is very well maintained, especially when compared to most available co-living houses in Eastbourne (the cleaners can also be hired to clean your room if required).
