Single mum Katy, full time palliative care nurse and masters student.
Three kids are at home Weds-Sat and alternate weekends (aged 10, 9 and 7).
Partner Alex also at the house about 60% of the time.
I have one lodger Mark who is a Filipino radiographer.
We have two friendly cat called Elsa and Neteri.
We are very close to Eastbourne DGH so ideal if you want a short commute.
The house is very much a family home but we love welcoming guests and have hosted foreign language students for many years - I am taking a break from this during the last year of my studies.
We have a separate toilet and bathroom - honestly I worried about not having enough bathroom space and will put a second one in at some point but we have had up to 8 people living here full time and it's been fine. It can be quiet or lively, we all love music so Alexa gets a workout on the regular.
There is a a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier that are for shared used within reason, kitchen is big and relatively well equipped.
I am looking for a person who is happy to dip in and out of the household and doesn't mind a bit of chaos. We keep downstairs generally quite clean and tidy but it is certainly lived in. I am a very flexible person so all I really ask is that you clean up after yourself in shared spaces, keep lines of communication open and pay rent on time.
I am happy to consider short term lets of 1-3 weeks and will ask £150 a week in this case. Bills including council tax are included.
