Split level maisonette in Victorian house. First floor, kitchen with stairs down to garden, bathroom, dining room and lounge,
Second floor, bedrooms and wet room.
You would have to be pretty good with stairs.
Easy going house with myself and daughter who is at Uni in London most of the time. I work from home and Orpington so in and out.
We have an adorable pooch, Margot, so have to like dogs.
Furnished with new carpets, flexible with room layout.
Bus stop just outside with direct access to Eastbourne station and city center.
All I ask is that you clean up after yourself.
