Rent is £130/month including bills and is a 12 month contract starting September. The property is located at Arlington Road in Eastbourne and is leased by a student letting agency. It is walking distance from the train station and town centre. If you don't mind getting the train to uni there are passes available that cost £20/week and allow you to take as many trains back and fourth between Eastbourne and Brighton.
As this is a student property, council tax does not apply.
