Room Available (near Eastbourne town centre)

A good sized single bed room with shelving and storage. The house is set on a quiet tree-lined street 8 minutes walk away from the station with a parking space (should you require it) at the back. Gardens front and back.

The room has recently been redecorated with a brand new carpet. Shared (well equipped) kitchen and use of dining room. Separate bathroom and toilet on your floor (middle floor bathroom shared with our other lodger only). The room rate includes a weekly clean of the communal areas to include your bathroom (but not your bedroom). Use of a washing machine, microwave, air fryer oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer included.

We have been hosting lodgers for several years and enjoy sharing our home with similar busy people. We have sole use of the top floor and my father lives in the lower ground floor in his own flat. We enjoy socialising but also understand that there are times when people need their own space and time to unwind.

We look for lodgers who are tidy, respect our home and respect the other people living with us. It would be great to have someone who appreciates being part of a (child free) family household. We have two friendly cats (they will not be expecting to share your room)!

Would really suit someone looking for somewhere comfortable to stay away from home in the working week but we will consider all week stays for the right person too. All bills included (unless you are keen on having long showers and want the heating on all day when we are out at work). Fibre internet throughout the house.
