Double Room – Upperton, Eastbourne

I have a large double room in my modern, light and airy flat in Upperton, Eastbourne. 5 minute walk from Eastbourne Train station, Waitrose across the road and the Rainbow pub ( which do lovely roast dinners ).

The flat is very well kept and organised, and it’s in a quiet, peaceful block definitely not a party place. It would suit someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable home and is respectful of shared spaces.

Keeping the flat clean and tidy at all times is essential.

You’d be living with one other flatmate who is easy going, works Monday to Friday, enjoys the gym and cooking healthy meals and values a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at home.

The flat has good broadband, excellent shower pressure, and all bills are included. The room is furnished (the TV currently in the bedroom will be removed).
