Hi I'm Sam and I am looking for a new house mate to move into a clean, colourful and cozy property in Old town, Eastbourne.
I am offering the front of house larger bedroom to the new tenant which has a built in deep cupboard with a small clothes rail, plenty of room for a double bed, desk and more.
It is a shared bathroom with decent shower and bath.
The kitchen is modern & spacious, great for cooking from scratch and fitted with a large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine/drier, dishwasher, gas hobs, fan oven and an air fryer.
The front room is cozy and vibrant. I have one double sofa, a large beanbag and an armchair. I also keep my DJ decks in the front room which I like to play on from time to time. I am a big music lover of all genres and I like to listen through a speaker when cooking or cleaning so I would prefer a tenant who shares a love of music too. I am of course respectful of when people need peace and quiet and a very reasonable guy.
There is a driveway out front with space for 2 cars and a nice garden with a tool shed. The garden blooms into a wildflower meadow that I have sown come spring & summer.
I work full time Monday to Friday as a refuse hgv driver so I leave the house quietly and early in the morning and am home by mid afternoon. I am a friendly, laid back and helpful person who is looking for a like minded individual to move in here.
The property is rented through a letting agent as a shared tenancy for the whole house. I have happily lived here for nearly 5 years - the letting agents are excellent and the landlord is the best I've ever had.

Rent is £625 monthly
Bills including Gas, Electric, Water , Broadband and council tax (band C) is approximately £200 a month.

We've had 2 dogs living here previously at the property which the landlord has been absolutely fine with.
There will no pets living here in the property by the time the new tenancy starts.
Zero deposit scheme only requires approx £8 annual payment.
