THE ROOM
Situated in a terrific location for the main town in Eastbourne, this freshly decorated room with full-size double bed is rarely available. Decorated in contemporary Grey/White with complementary Black / Walnut furniture and modern gas-lift Ottoman bed, the room has a spacious feel with plenty of light and a high position in the house (2nd floor). A 32" Smart TV can be supplied if required too, with Netflix and streaming services provided by a Fibre Broadband connection running at up to 900Mb. A snack station & Fridge / Freezer box are also provided in the room for your convenience.

THE PROPERTY
There is a small decked patio area at the rear of the property for socialising or enjoying some outside time. The kitchen is modern and has a tall fitted Fridge Freezer, Gas hob / electric oven, Microwave, Air-Fryer, Dishwasher and a Washer-dryer. There is a communal cleaner once a week and the property is very well maintained, especially when compared to most available co-living houses in Eastbourne.

THE HOUSEHOLD
The housemates are a happy, professional social group all in full-time work, respecting each others privacy and comfort and would welcome similar.
