Good size double room close to beach & amenities

Hello everyone,

UPDATE: floor with wooden floor now gone. Final viewings for the harbour view room this week.

I have a choice of great sized double rooms in my house

Decor is pretty tasteful and calm throughout one has wooden floor and a bathroom right next door and has two windows over-looking the road and square and gets the sun in the mornings (but never fear as I put in black-out blinds should you like to sleep in). It currently has a large wooden double bed and wardrobe other things can be put in should you need them.

The house runs over 4 floors, has a communal sitting room, several bathrooms, a nice garden for the summer months.

The kitchen/diner has a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave etc etc... the use of which is obviously included.

Also we're on Fibre Optic broadband here so access to the home network is also included and we happily get 75Mb down and 20Mb up not being too far from the exchange.

I work from home and run my own design agency so creatives and those a bit 'off the wall' are welcome. It's a friendly place rather than somewhere you stay in your room but finding a quiet space isn't an issue if you want it.

Pets are a possibility depending on what they are but you would be responsible for any damage they cause.

Parking is on the drive or outside and isn't really an issue - there are no parking restrictions and worst case it's a 20 meter walk to the front door (40 or 50 to the beach!).

The supermarket (Asda) and bars and restaurants are a couple of minutes walk. There's a bus stop at the end of the road. Taxis into town are just over a fiver, Beachy Head just under a tenner.

I've owned the place from new and have been here fifteen years. Couples and DSS are a possibility but it really depends on the individual(s).
