Double bedroom available with separate bathroom (own use) - 450 all inc.
Only one other sharer and no waiting to use the bathroom.
The flat has a private entrance at the rear of the building away from the main road, is safe and secure, alarmed and quiet. It's behind the Grand Hotel, next door to Eastbourne College and all three theatres. It's a two minute walk to the sea and 10 mins walk to the railway station.
No restriction on street parking. I have a car and no issue finding a spot 99% of the time.
Outside bike storage available.
I'm single, work full-time in education and have enjoyed sharing in the past - all of seven years as a student.
I'm happy to meet up for coffee with anyone interested in an equitable flat share, equal say in all things domestic.
I'm looking for 25 - 40, working full-time and sociable, easygoing, boy or girl!
If you message me I'd really appreciate a few details, or offer to meet for a coffee.
My only preferences are no couples, no smokers, no DSS and no animals (sorry animals, lease says no).
