Super-Great Clean Small Room in Available

This is a great little room in an exceptionally well-looked-after modern shared house. Our live-out landlord is an amazing guy, never had a better landlord, my sister lived here too and she says the same.

The bedroom is small but has everything I've needed:
wooden frame bed + full-size storage underneath
2-door wardrobe
chest of 3 drawers
1-drawer bedside table + lamp
small desk
foldable chair
2 mirrors
small TV w in-built DVD/CD
wooden blind

Bills, cable and broadband included in the rent.
Professional cleaner comes weekly and cleans the hallway, staircase, bathroom, sitting/ living room and kitchen.

Bathroom (shower, sink, mirror, loo)shared with one more person (have never had to wait to use it, though, felt like I was its only user). There is a bathroom upstairs you can use should it be engaged.

All furnishings/ appliances are modern and in good condition. Any issues get fixed right away.

The kitchen (yours will be shared with 3 other people):
dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, fridge and a freezer. (Plenty of room in the fridge, again, only two people share one.)
All crockery, pans, pots, cutlery and glasses etc. are provided.

The laundry room:
two washing machines (replaced recently)
one drier.

There is a small South-facing paved back garden with wooden garden furniture, a wood-burning barbecue, and clothes line protected from seagulls by roof.

There is a common dining/ sitting room with a dining table,
4 chairs, 4 arm-chairs and a big TV.

All tenants are friendly, considerate, reasonably quiet professionals.
People tend to stay here longer term because they are so happy.
I am only leaving because I'm moving to London because of my job. I am already missing it here...
