Quiet Peaceful Space with Good Transport Links

A quiet peaceful space with excellent transport links into Brighton and Lewes.

The room is on the first floor and receives the morning sun. Birds sing. There is a feeling of calm.
There is a large closet with hanging space and multiple shelves.
A large double bed, desk and bedside table are in the room with beautiful paintings. If you have a bit of your own furniture or decorations they can be added.
The room is not ensuite but there are two bathrooms making use of the bathroom space easy to navigate.

The home itself is well appointed with a large, roomy kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
The garden is fairly big with a patio space and grass area which both receive the sun in summertime. There is room to plant a few vegetables if you are interested in growing.

We have a dog and a cat, both friendly and cuddly. No additional pets can be added but those who are here will love you if you are friendly and kind.

The space is kept clean energetically through regular tidyness, meditation and being here in a nice way.
Clients come and go for craniosacral and other similar therapies. It is important that kindness and mindfullness are part of your values.

The 25 bus and the 28/29 bus stop right next to the house. The train station is a 10 minute walk. It takes about 15 minutes to get into Lewes and 20 minutes to get into downtown Brighton. Most young people have found getting into Brighton to be easy, though the natural draw is the South Downs Park and Stanmer Park which are both on the doorstep.

I am looking ideally for someone for up to one year. I like my own space but am happy to engage on a daily basis and share a peaceful beingness. This is my home and not a house share.

No smoking, and a preference for no drinking.
