I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as my circumstances have changed.

The room available is a bright, fully furnished double bedroom, including a double bed, desk, chair, and plenty of storage. It’s a really comfortable space and perfect for a student or young professional.

You’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with two other girls (one professional and one student). They are both really friendly, respectful, and easy to live with — it’s a calm and welcoming household.

Bills are not included, but they usually come to around £80–£90 per month (slightly higher recently due to winter, but much cheaper in the summer).

• Corner shops and local amenities also within walking distance
