Lovely room in Brighton Uni Student Accommodation

Are you a student at Brighton University looking for a room? Then look no further!

The room is situated in a self catered flat in Paddock Field Halls of Residence on Falmer Campus. It's just a few minutes walk to Falmer station with trains running regularly to Brighton via Moulsecoomb, which is just 4 minutes away. There is also a free bus running every ten minutes from Falmer to Moulsecoomb campus, and there are regular local buses too.

The picture I've included is taken from the Uni website and isn't the room advertised, but each room pretty much has the same layout. The room contains:

Rent covers the following:

All utility bills
Free internet access
Use of a Kitchen and communal seating area - there's fridges, freezers, a cooker, cupboards for pots and pans, and a cupboard each for food, a dining table and chairs, and 8 comfy chairs
FREE Gym Membership
Access to the flat's cleaning cupboard - there's a hoover, brush, mop & bucket and an ironing board & iron
24 Hour help from Accommodation office - there's always someone on site in case of emergency e. g. if you get locked out or the hot water were to stop working (which has never happened) etc.

In the flat, seven other girls, who are all lovely, friendly and sociable, and go out together and with other flats too, but everyone respects each other's privacy and study time.

On campus, there's a library, shop, a cafe and a canteen, if you don't feel like cooking. There is a launderette 30 seconds away from the flat. Post is delivered to the flat, and parcels are sent to the Accommodation Office and kept for you until you're able to pick them up, and this is just a minutes walk away

I'm pained to leave really, and I'm sure that whoever moves in here will be as happy as I've been!

The last thing I need to add, in case of any confusion, is that I'm not subletting this room - as I'm moving out early, I just have to help the university advertise it, and should you wish to move in, your agreement would be with them, so its all official and above board!
