Lovely double room available in quiet village location on a main bus route to Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells. I have off street parking, a large garden and fantastic country views and walks.
I'm looking for a professional person, working full time. I am a very neat and tidy person who has spent a lot of time, energy and hard earned money renovating my property to make it lovely and comfortable, so I am asking for the applicant to be respectful of my home and help to keep it clean and tidy. I have a small dog who is my world, but he will love you too! All bills are included within reason, but any excess heating if you are an extra cold morsel or lights left on needlessly, then this may need to be reviewed, as I like to think I'm doing my bit for the planet, but also mindful of the general huge cost of living hikes!
