This is a nice modern style home, in a gated development in Golden Cross.

I am a Marketing Director, away much of the time as I work ay and stin Hertfordhsire 3/4 nights a week, as well as being away many weekends.

On the other hand I have an eight year old daughter who will stay with me every other weekend, so my impact and use of the space will be greater at those times.

This will suit a professional, ideally who only needs it during the week but not necessarily, a full time job is a pre-requisite.
