Large double bedroom - private bathroom, bills inc

This is a 5 day let. Females only please.

We have a fantastic double room available soon in a new large 4 bedroom detached house! We are a professional young couple (30 & 33) with 2 year old girl and no pets.

About the room:
A large double bedroom (4m x 3.3m.) Located next door to the main bathroom. Which will be yours due to us having our own en suite. We do give our daughter a bath there. This is also positioned on the other side of the house, so you should expect piece and quiet! Your room will include a double bed, wardrobe, 43 inchTV, bedside tables with lamps, armchair and full length mirror. If you require anything else, it can be arranged.

The House:
Located on a cul de sac, with only 3 houses, overlooking fields, lakes and trees - no houses. Plenty of parking spaces and a detached garage which has been converted into a gym. You’re welcome to use it. Garden has been newly done last summer. It’ll provide lots of seating for relaxing.

Facilities
Available to use is a large kitchen with dining area and double doors leading onto a patio and to the garden (south facing.) Kitchen is connected to a utility room which has washer/dryer and a fridge which would only be yours to use . There will be more space available in the main fridge/freezer if necessary. Kitchen also includes a dishwasher.
