It is a 6 bedroom house and I have an en suite bedroom. I only want to let one room plus you will have exclusive use of the family bathroom.
You can share the lounge, dining room, and kitchen with just me. You can also use another one of the bedroom as a study or your own lounge. You are welcome to use the Sauna and conservatory. There is a large garden and off road parking. It is a quiet road in the north of Hailsham.
I am retired and will be away quite a lot so you'll have the house to yourself quite often. I am a very sociable person and when I'm at home would be quite happy to share a bottle of wine/beer or pop to the pub with you.
