Comfortable room in happy family home

Welcome! We are very happy in our lovely 1930s home where we live with our our two precious young children and we are sure you will be too...

To clarify, the lounge is just for family, but we have a spacious kitchen / diner with a lovely table and chairs and a small sofa, which is the beating, social heart of the house!

We are a 2-4 minute walk from
local amenties that provide everything you need, where you can also catch a number 5, 5A or 5B (and others) bus that takes you to the centre of Hove and Brighton.

We have a beautiful one-eyed cat, called Teddy, who is well known in the area for his swagger and charm, so pet lovers have an advantage!

We recently opened up our home to international students; an experience we loved so much that we realised we'd be happy to share with longer term lodgers.

Applesham Avenue is a desirable road lined with trees that blossom in the spring, in a quiet and pleasant area. We have a lovely, large, private rear garden with immitation grass and a thriving vegetable patch!

24 hour access to a bathroom shared by 1 (poss 2) other lodgers PLUS a second toilet downstairs. Lodgers have their own fridge plus a freezer drawer each.

Please note: advertised parking is on the road but free of charge.
One of us drives to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Kemp Town Monday to Friday and would be happy to consider a lift share / petrol contribution.
