At the rear of the property- bi-fold doors lead onto decking area , and beautiful garden view which is shared with us but has a privacy screen. The location has excellent access to Brighton by bus , a train station 15 min walk away and fast access onto A27 and A 23 within 5 mins. There is a dog who has access to the garden so you would need to be okay with dogs.

We are only accepting tenants in Full time employed only and may ask for evidence of this.
