Good sized bedroom with a lovely sea view in 2-bed house in Hangleton. Close to shops and good public transport connections, inc. all 5 and 3X busses within 2 mins walk and 20 mins walk to Portslade train station or 20 mins bus ride to Hove train station.

Bedroom with double bed, desk and chest of drawers. Can be flexible with furnishing for longer term stays.

Full use of the kitchen which is fully equipped with utensils pots and pans etc. Cupboard and fridge space provided as needed. Washing machine, iron and other amenities all available.

Good wifi connection included.

The bathroom is shared.

I live in the house with my cat, and mainly work from home, but there is plenty of shared spaces available including a snug TV room, a living room and a dining room with a sofa and wood burner. I’m fairly easy going but like to keep communal spaces tidy for everyone’s comfort and benefit.

There is free parking and a nice big rear garden with two seating areas for shared use.
