The bedroom has a double bed, a light, a desk and a chair; as well as another light, a rug and a washbasin with mirror. There is also a small bookcase and a towel rail. The room is on the third floor, and is secluded. It's also warm and light. There is a single room next door, which can be used as a walk-in closet.

The house is convenient for buses, and the coach to London (3 minutes’ walk), and the train station (8 minutes’ walk). Also 2 mins from Priory Meadow shopping centre, the post office, etc. Seven minutes to Morrisons, 2 minutes to M&S. Five minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to West Hill. Near the Old Town (12 minutes' walk). Despite the central position, the area is quiet.

Looking for someone who is clean, considerate, tidy, and not too much of a party animal. Someone who understands what it's like to live with someone who writes for a living. I'm self-employed and I work at home. Please note: no couples. Also, the room is furnished.
