I'm looking to rent my large bedroom in a Victorian era house on Milward road. A short walk to Morrisons, the town center and the old town. Also has its own garden which is nice for summer bbqs. Has modern facilities such as dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has been decorated and painted recently. Has living room, kitchen, wc and two large bedrooms. Can include King size bed frame, rug, rails and chest of draws if required. My room mate is a young professional working in engineering / design so ideally seeking the same. Also, I should mention he's a fantastic chef having worked a ski season a few years ago so you won't go hungry. Bills including, gas heating with a recently serviced boiler, stays cool in the summer.
