We are looking for a clean and tidy, mature, non-smoking lodger/couple to rent our spare double room (13’7 x 10’8) on the first floor.
You will be living with a quiet couple (homeowners) and a friendly little dog and cat.
We are generally busy and mostly keep to ourselves, so you will be able to live privately and come and go as you please if that is what you are looking for. We are equally comfortable having the occasional chat/socializing if it feels natural.
The house is set over 3 floors and is spacious.
You will have access to: the shared kitchen with your own fridge/freezer dining /TV room, laundry room and sole use of the family bathroom with shower and bath next to your room.
A large driveway is available for parking but there is also plenty of on-street parking outside the house.
Our garden is large and the house is opposite Alexandra Park so the room would be great for someone that loves nature and enjoys walking.
The house is a short distance (under 10 mins drive) from Hastings Town Centre and train station, the seafront and the local supermarkets Morrisons and Sainsbury's.
The Conquest hospital is 5 minutes away by car and bus routes run along the road outside the house.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a lodger that works from home full-time or frequently.
The rent for couples lodging is £800pcm incl. bills.
