Clean and comfortable Victorian town house situated very close to West Hill.

A 10 minute walk to the Hastings Old town, 28 Bus stop very nearby, an excellent pub around the corner and a short drive /bus ride to the Conquest hospital.

There are two bedrooms available, one double en suite and one single.

The house is clean and bright. There are two bathrooms here and three toilets. Dishwasher, washing machine and broadband. Road parking outside. Two lounges/ sittings areas with a well equipped kitchen.

Ideally I'm looking for 1/2 reliable, tidy and trustworthy people who will enjoy living in my house for the summer months.
I will be away for this period so you would have the house to yourselves.
The rent is £870.00 per month inclusive of bills for one or two people. Thank you for looking.
