Very nice double room on nice road near West Hill and Queens Rd . 1 km from sea. I have a cat , so looking for a cat lover.
I have a preference for a female flat mate as over several years of letting rooms in London I had issues with all (3) males , but I found women easier to live with.
Room is for a single person and although I dont mind visitors I can only have stay overs twice a week maximum.
There is a kitchen diner which is large and a garden.
I would require a guarantor for rent as I cannot accept late payments and would ask you to prove somebody will pay on your behalf if you are short or whatever.
I am a vegetarian but don't mind meat eaters. I smoke but the place does not smell of smoke.
