It is actually two furnished, smallish double loft bedrooms, located opposite each other. Available for ONE person, in a peaceful, convenient home. From 15 April onwards.

Also please note: It is likely that I'll put the house on the market soon. *This does not mean that it'll sell soon,* of course. But this possibility should enter our discussions.

One bedroom has a double bed, a light, a desk and a chair; a washbasin and a mirror; as well as a large rug, two other lights, a small bookcase, and a towel rail. The other bedroom has a single bed (can be used as a couch), and a metal ('industrial') clothes rack.

I am looking to rent to a professional person. I work from home, but If you wish to work from home with the result that you are home all day all week, we must discuss this in advance.

The house is convenient for buses (e. g., to the Conquest Hospital), and the train station (8 minutes’ walk). It's 2 mins from Priory Meadow shopping centre, the post office, M&S, etc. Seven minutes to Morrisons. Five minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to West Hill. Near the Old Town (12 minutes' walk). Despite the central position, the area is quiet.

Two months in advance, plus security deposit of £700. (Also available on a part-of-the-week basis.)
