The Location: Ideally located in a quiet spot with plenty of on-street parking. It is a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and the seafront, and 10 minutes to Ore Station. Several shops are located close by.

About the Household: I am a music producer, designer, video editor, and pizza chef. My interests include surfing, cooking, and bikes. I am a busy person who appreciates alone time, but I am always up for a game of pool. You will also be sharing the space with Jacques, a very friendly cat. And plenty of pizza to go around too..

The Ideal Housemate: I am looking for a professional housemate who is clean and tidy. Because I use the kitchen for professional food work, kitchen cleanliness is a top priority. I would ideally prefer someone who does not work from home, but open to it.

Terms & Pricing: I am looking for a short-term let initially, with the possibility of long-term for the right fit.

Single Occupancy: £625 per month.

Couples: Considered at £800 per month.
