Fully furnished, beautiful 3 bed victorian house, 2 bathrooms, garden, street parking. Located in Clive Vale/ Ore Village, 2 minute walk from all the food shops, pharmacy, doctors and main bus routes.

The room available has a built in single wardrobe, large storage under the double bed and room for an extra set of drawers if needed. Tenant will have full use of house, I travel for work quite often so i am back and forth.
I am looking for someone who doesn't work from home ideally, who is tidy, bringing a nice calm, fun energy to this friendly home.
Smoking outside of the property, pets can visit but not permanently :-)
