I'm looking for someone to rent my flat in Hastings from 14 January to 14 May, as I'll be travelling and working remotely. 🙂

The sublet has been agreed with the letting agency, so you'll have your own paperwork for these 4 months. No issues on that side.

The flat is in Braybrooke Terrace, just 2 minutes from Hastings station and close to everything.

The monthly rent is £950. The total amount – including all bills and Council Tax – will be around £1,150

It's a ground floor flat which has bee recently refurbished, and in great condition.

Note: this is a short-term rental of 4 months, from 14 January to 14 May. Unfortunately, shorter or longer rentals won't be possible.
