Flatshare looking for roommate

Hello, I'm currently renting a flat at 1 Martin court Hastings TN34 1DY and am looking for a roommate to flat share with me as my current roommate has to move due to needing more space as they are pregnant.

My name is Hayley and I am a 30 year old female. I'm looking for another female around my age range to move in. The rent is £640 while utilities (electric, water and WiFi) are £182.63 a month.

I'm not into parties and while I like a chat I tend to keep to myself. The flat would be shared between us including the lounge, kitchen, balcony and washer and dryer. You will have a room to yourself and the bathroom to yourself as I have a shower room connected to my bedroom. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer and a oven. I also have a lot already I'm happy for us to share such as a toaster, kettle.

Their is a gym being built and cinema being built for everyone to use for free.

The site does allow pets but I have a small dog and a cat who would most likely struggle with another pet in the flat. Willing to talk about it though.
