Beautiful large double room with en suit bathroom (toilet and shower) on first floor of in a three bedroom, three floor, fully furnished house which sits on a quiet twitten (passage) in the old town of Hastings.

Downstairs there is an open plan living and dining room with a wood burning stove. There is a separate fitted kitchen with aga for cooking which also keeps the house warm. There is a seperate plug in stove top and cooker as well as microwave if guests prefer. There is also a seperate bathroom with toilet and bath on the first floor. The house has a small front and back garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The house would primarily be empty and for the sole use of the renters (you). I (the landlord) travel for work but like to come to Hastings regularly, so myself and my adult children may come to stay and use the house. This would likely be a few days a month and generally would be one or two people staying at a time. I would tell you in advance of any planned visits and we would be mindful of your personal space.

I think this set up could work well for visiting doctors or those on courses in the area.

The house is on East Hill, next to the extensive country park with coastal path walks from the top of the road. Walking distance from the beach and the picturesque Old Town.

-The street is a quiet residential street so would need renters to me mindful and respectful of neighbours.
-We welcome couples but costing would increase to £1200 a month
- Broadband and water would be included in costs. Electricity and Gas would be charged depending on usage (meters). When I or my family are staying this would be considered and deducted so you would not be overcharged.
- Council tax band C (to be discussed and split depending on number of renters)
