Double room in spacious flat, near beach.

It’s a two-bedroom flat and the double room is available for £850 per month, bills included.
The second bedroom is my room, and I’ll still have some of my things stored there. The flat is my main residence, but because of work and family commitments, I’m usually only there overnight around once a week, so you’d have a lot more privacy than in a typical flatshare and would often feel like you had the place to yourself.
That’s why the rent is £850 bills included — it’s still technically a shared flat, but in practice it’s a very private living arrangement.
I currently only use around £80 a month in gas and electric, so normal usage should be comfortably covered. However, if the gas and electric were to go above £150 a month, I’d need to charge the difference. I’d expect that to be very unlikely, but it’s just there to protect against unusually high usage, like having the heating on constantly.
