Thanks for looking at my advert.

This is my home, where I live, and I am renting out the spare rooms. Rent includes council tax, water, internet, and reasonable use of electricity and gas.

The house is on the West Hill, and is a 10-15min walk to the train station, the beach, and the Old Town. It is a comfortable and spacious four bedroom detached Edwardian house with garden and patio.

There is a well equipped kitchen with lots of storage, separate utility room with washing machine and separate dryer, and a small pantry off the utility room.

The dining room has a dining table for 6, a wood burning stove and a comfy chair facing outside.

The living room has another wood burning stove, large L-shaped sofa and a comfy chair in the corner. There is no TV, but there is a projector, just plug in your device.

There is a separate study where I work. This space is not available for use.

The double bedroom has a king sized bed, double wardrobe, shelves, a double school desk, bedside table and lamp.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath.

There is a three tiered garden with a space for growing vegetables if you want to. When the weather is good, I hang out two hammocks. The middle tier is grass, the bottom tier is the patio with a small outside table and chairs. There is a log store around the side of the house.

As this is my home which I love, I’m looking for respectful people who will take care of it as if it was their own.

Who am I looking for?:

Professionals in full time work, that’s on site (not remote workers)

Looking for people who want (and keep) a clean relaxed home, not looking for parties
People who respect other people (keep it quiet after 10pm)
Non smokers

About me
I’m British, have lived overseas quite a lot, moved to Hastings several years ago.
I mainly work from the home office
I’m active outside the house, I’m quiet and relaxed at home
I am relatively healthy, I like sports, not a massive drinker
I occasionally foster dogs so let me know if you don’t like dogs.
