We have a spare room in our family home. The bedroom is a large King size room with fitted wardrobes, King size bed and mattress , side tables and chest of draws . The room has an ensuite attached which has shower, toilet and basin. You will have use of kitchen , living room and garden. There is also a snug room which has a tv which can be used . Broadband and all bills included.
However food is not included.
We are a family of three with a 4 year old who is very well behaved. Who goes to bed at 7pm and doesn't wake until 7.30-8.30 am so wont wake you up. Daughter has a busy social life and is rarely at the house during the day. We live in a very quiet, lovely friendly area. There is a bus stop at the end of road into Eastbourne .
Parking is available on our drive.
