Happy to consider short (3 months minimum) or longer term lets.

Double bedroom in semi detached house in a cul de sac in the historic village of Hertsmonceux, which has post office, pub, bakery, general store, coffee shop, pet shop & more. We are in close proximity to Herstmonceux Castle and grounds.

You would be sharing with me and my 2 dogs. I work from home during the week and am looking for a professional person who doesn't work from home.

The bedroom is currently fully furnished.

Shared lounge and bathroom (separate downstairs cloakroom). Bills included.

Use of small sunny (weather permitting!) garden included.

Parking for one vehicle.

Council Tax Band C.

One pet considered on a case by case basis (no cats).

Herstmonceux is approximately 3 miles from Hailsham. The 98 bus runs through the village to Eastbourne (via Hailsham) and Hastings (via Bexhill) but does not run on Sundays.

Bills included based on current energy prices. A rent adjustment may be made should energy prices rise significantly.

Rent (payable in advance) is £525 for the first month and £550 pcm thereafter.
