Small 4' double bed with built in double wardrobe and 1 free standing triple wardrobe. Table top fridge in kitchen for sole use but you can use our fridge/freezer too.

Use of kitchen and washing/drying facilities and dishwasher.
Use of very large garden. On road parking available which is free but no large vans.

Bus stop into town 3 minutes walk.

We've said no smokers but ecig vapes are fine.

Wifi and fast broadband included.
Absolutely essential you like company of our 2 cats and 4 dogs.

Share of cleaning household chores preferred but can if required employ weekly cleaner for extra £15 per week.
£600. All bills included.

£150 deposit required to secure tenancy in advance of moving in. Rent is payable from date of moving in. Plus proof of University course / visa/passport.
