Hello. I'm looking for a Professional or Mature Student to share the house with (available for 7 months. Until August 2022).

Sharing with just myself in a 3 bed house in Carden Avenue, , Hollingbury, Brighton, BN1 8LN.

Veggie prefered.

Dog or cat considered.

Furnished or unfurnished bright double room. (We can have a chat about what you need/want furniture wise). Built in wardrobe. With big walk in cupboard for larger storage bits.

It's an easy bus ride into town, nice big garden and comes with your own parking space right outside the front door.

The house is mainly a quiet space, however friends and family do pop over for cups of tea/glasses of wine and dinner parties/sometimes get the disco lights on the go. You'll be welcome to join in to whatever is going on. BBQ's in the summer.

Main bus route into town, (5B, 26) bus stop just over the road.
Close to Sussex and Brighton University (Falmer site).

Monday - Friday housemate also considered. Charged at a lower cost.
