Looking to sublet my spacious and inspiring room in Hollingdean over the summer, 6 weeks from May 17th until July 1st. Monthly rent is £515 without bills. Room comes fully furnished with much storage space and options for yoga/training, bedside reading or working/studying by the massive Oppie desk ;)

Living with 4 sportive Sussex Global Studies students age 21-24, sociable and uplifting atmosphere. We spend much time together in the living room/kitchen, including thought-provoking discussions, shared meals and co-study sessions. Monthly house meetings with open communication to discuss house rules and any issues. We are thus looking for a relatively tidy person that would follow the house rules

Close to Fiveways and Lewes Road bus garage you find our house, where we have a beautiful view from our garden and cosy kitchen. You can walk downtown in 15-20 minutes, and there s a bus stop 2 minutes from the house. However, I am open to include my bike into the deal 😉
