£850 deposit and rent is a month in advance. Quiet country lane in Vines Cross TN21, nearest village Horam (c2 miles), paddocks are straight out on to a footpath and the garden views are just fields and wildlife. It is a farm type cottage, so def not for those looking for a show home I am afraid but perfect for countryside lovers 😊.
