Double room available in sunny and quiet street in a three bedroom shared house in Hove. The house is in a great location near the seafront, with easy access to the centre of Brighton.

Westbourne Place is located just off from Westbourne Villas and a stones throw away from the beach, which has been fantastic this summer. At the end of the road you can cross to the seafront, which has a cycle path all the way into the centre of Brighton.

There is a bus stop at either end of Westbourne Villas which has regular busses day and night in and out of Brighton. The main routes are the 1, 1a, 5, 6 & 700c. The house is also around a 10 minute walk to Aldrington train station and 20 minutes to Hove station.

The house is fully furnished, with a nice clean and modern bathroom and kitchen, and a living room with folding doors out to the patio area, which we have had open pretty much all of summer- it’s been great when we have a few friends round. The living room has a TV and two sofas.

The house is close to the large Tesco in Hove and all of the other nice shops, cafes and restaurants on Church Road.

Bills typically come to around £90 each month. The deposit is equal to one month's rent (£575) and there's an agency fee of £180, which includes referencing.

Move in date is flexible - anytime between now and the end of January.
