Hello,
I am renting out an extremely large double room (approx. 30 sqm, 5m x 6m) in Second Avenue, Hove, near the sea.
It is much bigger than you would estimate based on the photos.
The room is unfurnished and big enough to use as a bedroom and living room.
There is no shared living room!
It is a ground floor flat, that is in a very good condition (wooden flooring).
The flat benefits from a modern kitchen and very high ceilings, with nice decorations.

It's an old victorian building. You will hear the neighbours from time to time. Therefore, the rent is quite low (room rent is approx. £500 + £170 bills). Fixed price is £670, I'll pay for all bills.

Weekly cleaner included when I am at home
(for bathroom, kitchen and hall).

I am searching for a quite and tidy flatmate.
Female preferred, because of that :)
