Double room in lovely Hove flat.

Hey, I’m Clare the tenant you’ll possibly be sharing with.

I’m a small business owner within the beauty industry. Working varied hours 4 days a week. And enjoy spending time at home or seeing friends and family on my days off. Im From Brighton and consider myself to be open minded and easygoing.
I’m friendly, chatty and considerate.

Iv been living in the flat 18 months and I’m been very happy living here. Iv tried to create a space that’s enjoyable to be in and homely.
It has a stylish modern decor and all mod cons including a dishwasher and washer/dryer etc... large windows throughout and a balcony.

The room is a decent double, with room for a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also extra storage in the hall if needed. It’s newly decorated with brand new carpets.

It’s in a sort after area, 10 mins walk from Hove station, near the sea and also shops bars and restaurants are also a few minutes walk away. Easy access to many bus routes that take you across the city.

I’m looking for a easygoing, considerate tenant
who’s clean and tidy and easy to get along with.
I’m up for hanging out and being sociable but also like my own space so will spend time in my room some evenings.
