Room for rent in a Hove flat with an excellent bed, which can convert from single to double if required.

LGBT friendly household. There is an elderly indoor only cat living here, called Honey. She is very sweet and loves cuddles and she is a hypoallergenic breed (domestic short hair) so popular with renters. She stays in the living room and won't be in your bedroom unless you want her.

Parking - there is paid on-street parking outside the flat, or there are places where you can park free within a reasonable walk (Shirley Drive). Excellent public transport (three bus stops within 5 mins) so you really won't need a car.

The room has natural light from a window, a blind, storage space and furnishings such as a wardrobe, bedside table with lamp etc.

We have added a desk and chair so that you can easily work or study from home (not shown).

You will have shared use of a living room with sofa and dining table, plus full cooking facilities with fridge.

You'll also have access to the bathroom which includes a nice hot shower, toilet, mirror cabinet etc.

I am an office worker seeking another professional to share the space. It's 5-10 mins walk from the station, with the beach just a few minutes south of us, so the location is perfect.

I am happy to make guests welcome, so we can cook meals together and watch films after work. But if you prefer alone time in your room to relax, study etc that's fine too.

I don't usually have guests during the week, a typical evening is either catching up on work or relaxing with dinner before bed.

Renters must supply two references and at least one must be from a previous landlord.
