Beautiful double room, 2 bed flat central Hove!

Hello! I'm looking for a new flatmate (and friend!) to move in 1st April. I'm preferably looking for a female (though I'll consider guys), similar age to me (30), someone who is friendly, tidy and considerate and it would be nice to find someone I get on with, but also someone who respects personal space and likes doing their own thing.

You'd be sharing with me - I teach English as a foreign language in Hove. I would like someone who has a normal Monday-Friday 9-5 job as I get up early and go to bed a normal time so I'd like to live with someone who shares a similar routine (so not someone with late shifts who comes home in the night). It's not a party flat, and I like to keep the atmosphere calm, so I'd be looking for a flatmate who wants the same thing.

The room is a spacious double (unfurnished) in a beautiful and bright two bed flat in Hove, 2 minutes from the beach (you can see the sea from the bedroom window) and 2 minutes away from George Street with shops and a massive Tescos, which is super convenient! The bedroom is a really great size. There's plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe, shelf, chest of drawers or dressing table with ample spare space left over to move around! It also gets the sunlight in the morning which is lovely.

There are plenty of buses a minutes walk away which take you into Brighton city centre within 10 mins, or it's around a 30 minute walk.
