1 bed flat,bedroom for one,private entrance,cat

Airbnb has been good to me over the last two years but I need someone more permanent to stay for a month minimum then we will see if we want to carry on sharing.

Cat (Billy) is 22 years of age, so you must be a cat lover. Billy won't access your room.

You will have the double bedroom with private entrance and access to kitchen and bathroom. The lounge will be my bedroom and work space as I work from home 1.5 days a week.

Bedroom furnished with king size bed and IKEA mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, side table, side lamp, full length mirror, smaller mirror and storage basket, the additional items that are in there currently (pictures and ornaments) can be left or removed. Up to you. I also have spare double feather duvet and duvet covers. Towels too.

Flat is third floor with amazing views over rooftops. Stairs only no lift. Grade two listed building.

Location second to none, its quiet thanks to glazed windows but centre of town, we are one street from Brighton/Hove boundary.

Train station - 10 minutes on bus or cycle, 20 minute stroll.

Buses at top of road to all parts of city.

Churchill Square 10 minute walk. Bars, pubs, take aways, supermarkets and shops all at top of road.

Beach a minutes walk to bottom of road/Hove lawns.
