The best house in Hove

Hey!

We have an unfurnished room with plenty of sunlight. It's available from the 13th October, and looking for a professional who is in full time work.

Landlady will require a work reference and a previous tenancy reference.

THE HOUSE:
Shared with professionals in full time work, we're all really chilled out, in our 30s and we get on well.

I'm 33, and my housemates are Sonya who is 30, and Aga who is 30.

The house has a shared living room, kitchen, small patio garden, 2 toilets and a bathroom with a bath and shower with 24 hour hot water.

With winter coming, you'd like to know that our house is toasty too. It really is a spacious house.

You can apply for a parking permit here, currently no waiting list but please double check with the council on this.

The house is about 10min walk from Hove station, 5 mins from all the shops and there is a giant tescos. Lots of bus stops, cafes and food outlets here, and about an 8 min walk to the beach!

Nice big window letting in a lot of light, why don't you just have a look for yourself!

THE PERSON WE'RE AFTER:
We're all pros in the house, so we're looking for someone who is in full time work. Someone who is relaxed, enjoys a drink, isn't a party type but likes to let their hair down now and again.

We've always had a good vibe in the house, we are considerate and always happy to mingle in the kitchen or watch a movie when we're all together. It's a very relaxed house .

Also no fees. Our landlady is really nice, she takes care of us. No agent either, so forget those horrible charges for photocopying right!

Strictly no students, including PHD students.

30 year olds and over only.

Strictly no party types.

Deposit is £495 which will be protected by the tenancy deposit scheme as law requires.

Rent is inclusive of all bills £521.00 PCM.
