I am currently looking for a MONDAY TO FRIDAY female professional for my flat share near Hove station. Ten minute walk to Church Rd and 15 minute walk from the sea front.
About the flat: The property is furnished and includes 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and a sitting room.
This is a private rental so there will be no agency fees however a £400 deposit will be required.
Rent:
£500 completely furnished flat including the rented room (bills included). I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger only.
I'd like to share my house with a female non-smoking professional. No couples thank you.
About me: I am a 34 year old female professional who enjoys horse riding, the gym, cooking and baking. I am looking for a female professional between the ages of 25 to 45. I would consider myself a laid back person and I am quite happy with some good food, wine and a film during the week. At weekends I love to socialise with friends and family wherever possiblev(In normal circumstances). I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would appreciate a flatmate doing the same.
The flat will be ready from August. Street parking is available from the council with no waiting list.
